See the Difference — Before It’s Too Late. Comprehensive eye tests are bulk billed with Medicare and designed to detect early signs of eye conditions. Performed by our optometrists, we ensure the health of your eyes and provide you with the unbiased personalised recommendations. The test includes several essential assessments:
Visual Acuity Assessment
We measure your ability to see clearly at different distances, helping us determine if you require corrective lenses.
Refraction Test
We carefully assess your eye's focusing ability to determine the most accurate prescription for your glasses or contact lenses.
Eye Muscle Coordination
Our optometrists evaluate how well your eye muscles work together to ensure proper alignment and coordination.
Eye Pressure
We measure the intraocular pressure to screen for potential glaucoma, a condition that can damage the optic nerve.
Peripheral Vision
We test your field of vision to identify any signs of vision loss or peripheral vision problems.
Retinal Examination
We thoroughly examine the back of your eye, including the retina, optic nerve, and blood vessels, using specialized equipment to detect signs of eye diseases or conditions.
Pupil Response
We evaluate how your pupils react to light, ensuring the proper functioning of your eyes' natural responses.
External Examination
We carefully assess the external parts of your eyes, such as the eyelids and conjunctiva, to detect any abnormalities or signs of eye infections.
By undergoing a comprehensive eye test at you will gain valuable insights into your eye health and receive personalized recommendations for vision correction. Regular eye tests are vital for maintaining optimal eye health and preventing potential vision problems. Generally, it is recommended to obtain a test at least every two years. However sometimes more frequently is required depending on your circumstances.

She went above and beyond to make sure that trying contact lenses for the first time was a comfortable experience, and even offered specific advice for wearing contacts on my wedding day (e.g. ensuring I have eyedrops and considering how dry ice may impact the comfort). The facility was also welcoming and clean.
